1 John 3:1 “Behold what manner of love the Father has lavished on us that we should be made His children.”

I had a dream in 2006 that I still remember clearly as if it were last night.  In it I was running around looking for Jesus when someone pretending to be Him appeared in front of me.  He lay on the ground and complained about what he had done for me as if it was an imposition and I should feel guilty.

I felt so guilty that it made me run.  Then I found myself sitting in a waiting room outside Heaven’s main office.  I was admitted into the office to find myself being hugged warmly and words were spoken gently and softly into my mind.  “My Son would never say that”.

I woke up feeling so loved and knowing that Jesus died for me for love not out of some resentful obligation. I also found myself hungry more for the presence of God in my life than ever before.

Two days later I was in Church and the Pastor spoke about God wanting to have deep fellowship with us because He loves us so much.  His message was based around the Arc of the Covenant, a symbol of God’s presence among His people.  It confirmed in my mind that God had been speaking to me in my dream.

I share this to remind you that supernatural encounters can actually happen and you can let your heart be opened to the possibility of God speaking to you.  Seek Him with your heart and you will find Him.
