I love the seasons. I feel each one brings something new to celebrate about God's incredible creation. I love the colours of autumn and walking through leaves that carpet the roads and paths.
Seasons also remind me of how our lives have so many different phases. In each season of our life we can look at what God is doing, how he's revealing himself in new & deeper ways. Friendships, opportunities, times with families. There is so much to celebrate when we take time to meditate on the seasons the Lord has brought us through.
Even more importantly, just as in the natural a season turns from one to another, we can have complete confidence in the Lord that he is leading us into new, fresh, exciting times. But unlike our natural seasons where we can predict what's coming, the Lord delights to conceal things in order to reveal his glory, splendour and majesty. All that we can be certain of is that he will take us from glory to glory!
