"And should not I pity Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?”” Jonah 4:11 ESV

Life can be confusing, sometimes we can experience things that leave us feeling uncomfortable. These things can be experiences or feelings, sometimes they can be in witnessing how people treat others. As Christians we are called to a life of being uncomfortable, but in a positive way.

Here we see a glimpse of what that real discomfort is! Jonah was uncomfortable and angry with God, so much so that he wished to die! But why? Jonah's discomfort came from experiencing Gods unmerited forgiveness & love for the people of Nineveh. It challenged his every paradigm, shook him into horror that God could just forgive someone like that!

The reality is, we too are called to make others uncomfortable in how we flow graciously in Gods love and forgiveness! Our love and grace should rock some boats and challenge some paradigms, if it's not - you need to get a bigger view of the God who is living within you!

The more the love, forgiveness and grace of God flows through you, the more people will rocked!
