I love to give my own son good gifts and see him happy and blessed. We all want to give our children the best we have. My son equally doesn't like it when I say "No" to him but it's usually because I am trying to protect him from some unseen danger or problem that he doesn't realise.
Our heavenly Dad wants to bless us with gifts and to see us living a life of joy and peace. His love for us goes far beyond the love we feel for our own children. In His word, God has promised us many wonderful gifts - health, prosperity, rest, power, victory, eternal life, forgiveness, protection and many many more. And because of the finished work of Jesus in our lives, we automatically qualify to claim these gifts! When we pray the promises of God over our lives and others, we don't need to doubt what the answer will be as God’s response is always "Yes" and “Amen"!
Whatever your need is today, know that God is saying "YES" to you. Hold fast to his promises, confess and meditate on the word till your heart is persuaded of the truth, and receive his good gifts.
